How long does it take to charge?
A full charge takes 4–5 hours through the included USB cable. Plug it in overnight and it's ready in the morning.
How long does one charge last?
Up to 60 minutes of run time from the 2600 mAh battery. Most windshields take a few minutes, so one charge covers many mornings.
Can I charge it in my car?
Yes. It charges from any standard 5V USB-A port, including car USB ports, laptops and phone wall adapters. A wall adapter is not included.
Can the base be replaced?
Yes. The chassis is designed to be swapped when it wears, which extends the life of the scraper. A bottom cover is included in the box.
Is it certified?
The scraper carries CE, FCC and RoHS certification, and the lithium battery comes with an SDS (safety data sheet).
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Due to high demand, delivery currently takes 14–21 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if it's not for me?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return. Arrived damaged or defective? Let us know within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.
